Megan & “Mara’s winks”

Hi, my name is Megan. I’m an advocate, a writer, a daughter, a wife and mother of three beautiful girls, as well as a cat mom.

My life was deeply and forever changed on January 9, 2020 by the passing of my oldest daughter, 14-year-old Amara Grace.

Her passing led and inspired me to work to raise awareness and advocate for young girl’s and women’s health regarding the use of birth control, to further education and to promote blood clot awareness, in hopes to influence public policy at both state and federal levels to make a difference and be the change!

Child loss is incredibly challenging, filled with grief and heartache.

It is what most would consider to be "Every parent’s worst nightmare." However through my personal experience, I’ve learned to navigate the complexities of physical loss (good, bad, joyful and sad) and found a way to emerge with a renewed sense of Hope.

My focus has been on connection and by building a new relationship with Mara’s soul.

Along the way, myself and other loved ones continue to experience what I fondly call "Mara Winks.” These winks provide comfort and a beautiful sense of connection to Mara.

I hope to provide support and guidance by drawing from my own journey and helping others find their way through difficult times.

I feel I can offer others a unique and meaningful perspective. I am passionate about providing support to others during difficult times and I pull from my own journey and experiences.

I believe in the magic of connection and I’m dedicated to helping others embrace the openness of Intuition.

Our loved ones in Spirit are ready and waiting— a new bond is possible, even through the darkest days.
